I am SO excited to host you at my home away from home.

This island has held a very special place in my heart for the last 15 years. Extremely special & memorable experiences with family and friends have occurred on this Island.

It has always been a place where I have been able to connect deeper within myself more than any other place I have been (& I have traveled quite a bit). Its simplicity, beauty, ease, culture & people have allowed me to tap into all my desires and feel more and more alive each time I visit.

With my 7 years of event planning background, my love for cultivating in-person connections and experiences has become a huge passion of mine. I am excited to finally be able to enhance those experiences by incorporating intentional mindfulness practices and tools that have changed my life.

  • Danielle Gonzales - Retreat Organizer & Mindset Coach

    About 5 years ago, my body said “no more” to the people pleasing, overthinking, overdrive lifestyle. In my own journey to releasing anxiety, I learned so much about what we each need to understand about our learned beliefs, fears, and triggers in order to live a more present & peace-filled life.

    I have now made it my mission to help individuals, unravel the why behind their anxiety & stress and start getting clear on their true desires.

    The power of real, raw, open and vulnerable connection is truly what catapulted my inner work journey. As I traveled the world for work, I realized how much exploring new places with authentic people opened me up inside.

    Travel can have a beautiful way of changing your perspective and crack open all the desires you want in your life. This is why bringing people together intentionally all over the world through retreats is my passion.

  • Hannah Mckritrick - Wellness Chef

    I was born a foodie and attended culinary school in southern Italy post economic degree, however, around the same time I had to learn how to manage and actually heal my own digestive illness (Crohns disease) while still maintaining my ‘foodie’ integrity. That led me to creating easy gourmet meals centered around gut healing foods that are good for you and happen to taste amazing.

    I am on a mission to help others better align with themselves on a physical and spiritual level by having FUN in the kitchen. I help individuals replace the dreaded question “What’s for Dinner?!” with an inspiration and desire to cook easy, flavorful, and healthy meals

    I truly believe that our mind leads to the reality we see in the world. I also *know* that we have the power to change that reality. I have seen first hand how individuals are able to reach new levels by incorporating mindfulness practice into their day-to-day life. Many people believe this practice is "too hard." However, I would love to show you how easy and fun it really is!

    Yoga offered me a safe space to destress while still challenging me mentally and physically while I was in college. After completing my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, I realized just how powerful this practice can be and how much I loved sharing it with others. I have now had the honor of sharing this practice while working in multiple acute care hospitals, during Health Coaching sessions, while leading live and online mindfulness experiences, teaching yoga classes and even in my work as an Adjunct Professor! I like to sneak it in wherever possible ;)

ACCOMMODATIONS: WEST BAY VILLAGE

West Bay Village is the only group of privately owned homes located directly on Roatan’s finest beach, West Bay Beach. West Bay Beach is a hidden gem consistently rated as one of the best beaches in the Caribbean due to its mile long stretch of white sand, palm trees, and clear turquoise waters. The vibrant coral reefs are within yards from the beach, making the snorkeling extremely accessible to the worlds 2nd largest coral reef.

You will have access to numerous beach front restaurants and palapa bars located within a minutes walk on the beach, as well as a short & beautiful boat taxi ride into West End. West End is a quaint town consisting of local shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

West Bay Village offers a cozy, intimate and quiet beach front atmosphere tucked away behind the palm trees. We will be occupying a majority of the houses which will allow us to feel like our group has an intimate and exclusive hideout.

The minute you arrive to the village shoes become optional for the duration of your stay. You will find that everywhere you go, barefoot is preferred by most. What a great way to truly unplug and show up just as you are, forcing you to break down barriers and allow yourself to be fully known, seen and accepted in real, raw form.
